I'm sure by now
everyone's heard that the not so successful legislative session adjourned sine die (Latin meaning "without day") on Monday. For the curious, sine die means that there is no set date to reconvene. Good news for
BOMA -- no legislation passed that was negative to our members. We were successful in defeating sales price disclosure again this session as well as mitigating many other bills. Thanks to our state legislative team from Locke Lord
